The Interactive ItineraryTM is a password protected off-line and on-line itinerary that can allow you with one click to e-mail everyone on the tour with last minute changes or other information, and because it's "virtual" and contained on a CD with updates on the web, you can never loose it to cyber snoopers, keeping your sensitive information secure.  Nothing will ever replace the cool and creative itinerary books we have all grown to love, (lets face it, a roadie can take a book of the bus and look at it for instant info), but with interactive itinerary, you can not only view your information, but get it to where it needs to go instantly. Lets say you want to get all of the information about a certain date to someone. All you do is put your CD in your drive, log on, and send the page that has the information to the person via e-mail or fax.  In seconds, the information is securely in the hands of who you need to get it to. Let's say you have a last minute change of venue or other vital information that the whole tour needs to know, just click the "Send Mail to All", type in your urgent message, and it's on it's way. 

Secure.. Each member of the tour is given a CD-ROM which contains the Interactive Itinerary TM. For anyone to use it to get to your information they will need the CD and your password, making it even more secure than a book.  From this CD ROM you will view it just like any web site except that it will be incredibly fast because you do not have to be on-line to view your itinerary, and secure because there is no web site to steal information from.
